“Clothes make the man. Six centuries of clothing history” offers an overview of the history of Romanian clothing, during the 15th to 20th centuries. To be presented are the secular and ecclesiastical vestments, costumes, uniforms, and accessories worn by various  social classes – nobility, clergy, merchants, diplomats, military officials, scholars and scientists, renowned artists, and simple lady chic and “gentleman” in times past.
